These terms cover your use of this website and describe Seed’s two offers: Seed Sites (websites) and the Seed System (lead and booking app). The full written agreement is shown to you before you sign anything.
Using this site
Please do not misuse this site: do not try to break it, overload it or probe it for weaknesses, and do not send spam or false requests through the form. The text, design, logo and artwork on this site belong to Seed (or are used with permission). Please do not copy them without asking.
Seed Sites: what you get
Seed Sites come in two lanes. Standard builds are clean, simple, fast, mobile-friendly sites with click-to-call and simple motion. 3D & motion builds add a custom 3D hero and a scroll story; 3D Pro also includes a lead assistant. Not every client needs 3D. We do not guarantee results, more jobs or any amount of revenue.
AI tools help us build sites (AI-assisted, human-checked): we check the work before it goes to you. You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos and text you give Seed.
Seed Sites: prices

Founding offer: our first 3 clients get 30% off setup. The monthly price stays the same. In return we ask for a testimonial, a case study and permission to show your site. Prices may change for new clients.
Seed Sites: payment
A 50% deposit starts the work. The other 50% of the build fee is due before launch. If you stop before launch, the deposit covers the work already done; the details are in the written agreement shown before you sign.
Care plan, files and domain
A care plan is required with every Seed Site, Standard or 3D. It is $99 a month and is never discounted. It covers hosting, small edits, and speed and uptime checks.
- It is month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice, given through the Request a quote form on our home page. The monthly fee continues through the notice period.
- If you stop, the site stays live through the 30-day notice, and your files are handed over with a clear handoff list.
- You buy the domain in your own name.
- You receive the finished site files and content you paid for. Seed keeps its tools, templates and code libraries.
- The full agreement is shown before you sign.
Seed System: the service
The Seed System is Seed’s app for local businesses: a lead page, instant lead alerts, a dashboard, a booking calendar and a monthly report. You can buy it on its own or with a Seed Site. Texting is not live yet; details are in the written agreement. We do not guarantee results, more jobs or any amount of revenue.
Seed System: fees
App only: $750 one-time setup and $297 a month. Website + app: your website price plus $500 setup, then $347 a month for care and the app together. Founding offer: our first 3 clients get 30% off setup, and the monthly price stays the same. The $297 and $347 monthly fees start only when texting and the calendar are live and tested; until then only the $99 care plan is billed. Carrier registration fees for texting, if any, are passed through at cost with no markup and quoted in writing first. Prices may change for new clients.
Seed System: cancelling
The service is month-to-month. You can cancel with 30 days’ written notice, given through the Request a quote form on our home page. The monthly fee continues through the notice period.
Your responsibilities
A client business follows the laws that apply to its business and gives us accurate information, and confirms it has the right to the photos, logos and text it gives Seed.
Health businesses
We do not currently serve health businesses that handle protected health information (HIPAA).
Liability
Our services are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Seed’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid Seed in the 3 months before the claim, and Seed is not liable for lost jobs or lost revenue.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, and disputes will be heard in the courts of Bibb County, Georgia.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
